My primary objective is to net for you the most money possible for your property with the least amount of hassles, as quickly as possible.

One of my main responsibilities is to arrive at an accurate estimate of the fair-market value ranage of your home. To do this, I will fully investigate the real estate market and compare your property with similar listings to make sure that you receive the highest dollar value possible. I will also identify the physical highlights of your property so that I can effectively emphasize them in my customized, high-visibility ad campaign for your home. My ad campaigns use newsprint, Internet, e-mail, mail-outs, and hands-on marketing strategies (open houses, agent caravans, etc).

From a professionally designed marketing package to coordinating closing and follow-up, I will take great care in handling every aspect of selling your property. 

I will stage and showcase the home. 
Having a great looking home is critical to attracting the right buyer.  I have toured literally thousands of homes, and can instantly highlight the features of your home to emphasize and make suggestions for improvements, for maximum return. 

I offer a no pressure presentation.  
I will never allow a buyer's agent to put undue pressure on you.  You don't need the additional stress!  All offers will be faxed or delivered to our office. I will then present them to you in person to make sure all the details are discussed. Then, if you prefer, I will leave you alone so that you can make your decisions privately. Whatever your decision, I will adopt it as my own and negotiate hard to win that position.
